I believe that only Wrestlers and Judo fighters can do throws. First you get into the clinch using the right stick, then when in the clinch hold LB then move the right stick either left or right. With BJJ fighters you can get into the clinch then flick the right stick away from your opponent and you pull him down into the guard. It possibly could be a thing you learn if you're doing career, but for sure if you're fighting in anything else then you don't need to learn it, those are the button sequences.
