I have transferred the game to my calculator and it is in my programs but when I click on it to execute it says I have a syntax error. What do I do?

Sounds like it's an assembly program. Running assembly programs on a TI-8x calculator is a bit different than running TI-Basic programs.
Here's one thing you can try:
Press [2nd][0] to open the Catalog.
Scroll down to Asm( and press [Enter]. It should appear on the home screen.
Press [Prgm], scroll down and select the game. The home screen should now look something like Asm(prgmGAME. Press [Enter].
Failing that (if it just outputs "Done" or whatever), then most likely you'll need to get and install an assembly shell onto your calculator. One popular shell is MirageOS. It has the ability to run TI-Basic programs, as well as those written in assembly, for Ion (another shell) or MirageOS.
