It all depends on your personal preferences. Too human is good for an action RPG as well as Fable 2 ( I personally and rooting for Fable 2). Resident Evil 5 is a very good horror/zombie shooter. I do not know much about SH: Homecoming. Gears 2 is a good third person shooter, I recommend this if you like shooters. Halo wars I believe is going to flop. Halo Wars is an RTS (Real-time strategy based on the Halo series. I am personally looking forward to Fable 2 the most, I have already pre-ordered it.

As I mentioned above I cannot comment on Silent Hill: Homecoming and now that you mention it Fallout 3. But from what I hear Fallout 3 is supposed to be awesome. BUT, I wouldn't put too much faith in the hype, for example, Halo 3 was given so much hype people thought it would be the best and most popular game in the next generation, though it turns out that already it is beginning to lose some of it's fan-base.
