Parkzone P47 - An Awesome Airplane
During World War II the P47 Thunderbolt was known as the heaviest fighter within the American fleet. With its eight.50 caliber machine guns, the Jug was deadly not only in air combat but ground attacks as well. The RC Airplane manufacturer Parkzone has created a model of the P47 with exquisite detail that can be enjoyed whether in the air or on the ground.
The Parkzone P47 Thunderbolt comes in either a Plug-and-Play or Bind-and-Fly version. The PnP is perfect for the RC pilot that has a Futaba or older transmitter with a 72mhz receiver. If you have a Spektrum radio or another DSM2 compatible radio than the BnF is a great choice. Either version comes 98% assembled with all of the electronics installed. The only thing to 'build' on the planes is to connect the wings, elevators and install the receiver. This is excellent for the pilot that does not have the time or skills to build a Radio Controlled Airplane. The Parkzone P47 is controlled by 4 channels consisting of: throttle, rudder, ailerons and elevators. Using all 4 of the channels makes the model as maneuverable as a real airplane. The 15 sized motor gives plenty of power to sail through the air like a pro. The P47 also comes with an optional setup to allow the user to install retractable landing gear or flaps. With retractable landing gear installed the plane looks even more scale and is a touch faster than the stock version with fixed landing gear. Installing flaps helps slow the airplane down which is crucial for safe landings.
In the air the P47 flies beautifully and is perfectly balanced when using a 1800-2200mah 3S Lipo battery. The ailerons have plenty of movement which allows the bird to roll very quickly and with great ease. In addition to the rolling ability the airplane also loops steady and without needing too much throttle. When holding the airplane on the ground it feels heavier than other foamies but in the air it soars like an eagle.
Landing the Parkzone P47 is not too difficult as long as some speed is kept up on the final approach. If the plane slows down too much it will start to feel twitchy and the slightest stick movement will cause it to veer off course. Veering off course is never good when flying an RC Airplane.:)
The Parkzone P47 is an amazing airplane that everyone should check out.

Are there any dungeons and dragons pen and paper groups in maryland?
I have always wanted to play D&D PnP with a group of people, I think it'd be really fun. If anyone hosts or goes to any PnP sessions in or around Baltimore Maryland that would be willing to let me join in, I'd appreciate it, any info helps, thank you
