A few questions:
1. Which game is the best for PS2? I would like one with TECHNO please and not slow songs like "My heart will go on..." etc.
2. I would also like one with a workout mode because i am going to use it as a good source of exercise and i would like to calculate calories burned.
3. Are the plug-n-play ddr games good? ive heard bad and good reviews but is it worth it? otherwise i will have to buy a ps2.
The most important thing i am worried about is getting a great game with great songs. I really dont want the new wii hottest party and i dont want the songs like "im a genie in a bottle" I looooooved my old game for the ps1..it was just called DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION. but its broken hah.

1- You can't go wrong with just about any of them. The one I have, DDRMax2, has about a half/half mix of R&B type techno and J-Pop techno. Basically it's all light happy techno.
2. Max2 offers this.
3. No clue really. One store even suggests that you mute the TV and play your own music with their Plug-N-Play pads. I'd consider that negative, considering it's coming from the store itself... 
Is your PS1 busted, or DDR? You could probably find copies of DDR and the dance pads on eBay pretty cheap.
Actually (evil grin here) you can buy a USB dance pad for your computer and play StepMania. Google it. USB pads may be promoted as USB pads or Playstation 3 pads.
