Genius Brain Power - Simple Memory Exercises That Can Help You Get One
Genius brain power – we all want one and it's really surprising how people would go to great lengths just to have a genius brain power overnight. Here are some of the crazy ideas I found online: have a brain transplant, a doctor even recommending brain surgery, eat the brains of a genius, have a big head, taking pills or drugs that would enhance brain power… all with no real value and basis that it could actually work.
Some are lucky to be born with special talents but for most of us who don't particularly have those inborn gifts, or probably not aware that we have it, there are things that we can do so that genius brain power can be activated and honed and eventually be proficient enough to be an expert at doing something close to our hearts. If you have an open mind and willing enough to do the hard work to get there, then it's possible to have a genius brain power and benefit from it as well.
Here are simple tips you can do to activate genius brain power safely and naturally.
- Have a healthy lifestyle.
- Exercise and eat the right food - fruits, veggies and nuts plus vitamins, drink lots of water and always have a good night's rest.
Do simple left and right brain exercises such as:
- Write an article or singing or taking a shower with your eyes closed
- Learn a new skill – a new language, painting, photography, quilting, playing a musical instrument
- Do crossword puzzles or Sudoku puzzles
- Increase your vocabulary by discovering and learning a new word each day
Creative visualization:
- Imagine an object in your minds eye and using your senses to ‘feel' the object as if it's right there in front of you
- Directing a movie in your mind where everything you want is on the screen and it's already yours for the taking
With the simple mind exercises above, you're stimulating both the left and right sides of your brain. When you become aware of the intrinsic power your mind has, it doesn't really matter where you come from in life. Whether you're rich or poor, a college graduate or a dropout, have a disability, as long as you are in control of both sides of your brain, the possibilities are endless.
As Albert Einstein used to say – "genius is 1% inspiration 99% perspiration". The path to achieving genius brain power is really available to anyone willing to take action from the inspiration one gets in order to reach one's goals.
When you use the left brain, you are in effect utilizing your logical, analytical mind to focus and direct your actions. The right side on the other hand is used in discovering creative ideas, inspiration, hunches and the like. When you are able to use both naturally, all you have to do is take action and do what is necessary to get to your objective. That's the 99% Einstein was talking about in achieving genius brain power.
Although this might seem simple enough, being aware of our thought patterns and mindsets as you go along your journey can either make or break your quest for success. Having a positive attitude and being surrounded with like minded people are the best allies you need in getting there much faster.
