Objective
The concept of Left2Dead is simple. You find yourself right smacked in the middle of a deserted area with a bunch of zombies and Devil's pests approaching you from all directions. Your objective is to kill all the zombies before they get you using the weapons that will definitely help you through the stage. At the beginning of the game, you are provided with only a pistol and a shotgun that you can simultaneously use. As the stage progresses, more and more weapons are made available such as MP5, AK47, m1919, AutoShotgun and an RPG. Don't be complacent though, as ammunitions should be collected or else be left with an empty cartridge.
This game is best played with a mouse for easy click. Hand-eye coordination is likewise a must as you get to control your character with the keyboard as it walks around the perimeter. It is important to walk and run around real fast to dodge the nearing creatures that won't think twice about leaving you unscathed.
Aiming at the zombies is one strategy but continuously shooting through it can leave more corpse-casualty. To easily conquer the game, throwing grenades is also an option for larger zombie fatality. A night-vision/flashlight is also available for easy tracking of enemies.
While it is true that Left2Dead is a typical shooting game, the plot makes it all the more exciting and colorful with every click. One thing to look forward to in the game is the availability of the weapons as the game develops. Of course, the zombies gradually increase in speed as it goes further in the game, so it is important to maintain a close and careful move.

With the emergence of various zombie games nowadays, Left2Dead is not mainly designed to compete or even rise up to par with the other similarly released games. In terms of components, it still has a lot to improve but this version is not a letdown for those seeking for a simply designed battle against haunted corpse and pests.
