Paper Jamz is a new innovative way to enjoy music. Its state of the art technology makes it easy to use for both kids and adults alike. A Paper Jamz instrument comes in a variety of design and styles that you could choose from. With Paper Jamz, learning music has never been more fun. The Paper Jamz Guitar and Drum Set each feature three modes of play to choose from: Perfect play, Rhythm mode and Freestyle. Each instrument also has built-in speakers, a line-out for earphones and speakers plus three licensed hit songs that you could play and sing together with!
The Paper Jamz guitars come in six cool designs, with 3 preloaded songs for you to play along with, but the songs vary with each model. It has a fixed built-in volume control, you plug in the amp, or you can plug in a pair of headphones so you can rock out and not disturb anyone. The settings aren't very hard to figure out, just play around a bit to get used to it, the touch sensors on the front are very responsive. You can strum using one finger, two, three, four, and the guitar will play the corresponding number of strings.
The Paper Jamz drums come in six different styles, with 3 different songs each. You can also plug in headphones so you don't disturb anyone else, or you can plug into the Paper Jamz Amplifier. The drum set features the 3 modes of play: Perfect Play, Rhythm Mode and Freestyle Mode.
As for accessories, there's a guitar strap for the guitar, and the Paper Jamz Amplifier. The amp is a must have for every Paper Jamz instrument , it's made of card board just like all Paper Jamz products , but it puts out a great sound. It measures 12 x 4 x 11.3 inches; and weighs only 14 ounces, plus a handle on top for easy transport. Plus, at $15, it makes a perfect external speaker…there's also a standard 3.5mm jack that can be used to plug in an mp3 player, a phone, even a laptop.
Paper Jamz has a great product with their line of instruments. Buying one is an inexpensive way to see if you or your child has any musical inclination, the guitars and drum sets are only $25, and amplifiers are only $15. They can teach the basics of music, and allow for independent creativity. Paper Jamz instruments are just like the real thing…once you pick it up, you won't be able to put it down.
